Cayman Spirits Co has recently re-developed the old bar site on property into a new rum themed bar and cafe. The new site is called “the Outpost” and it will feature rum tastings, a self-guided rum tour featuring some of Cayman Spirits original distilling equipment, light food offerings, and of course some of Cayman Spirits’ signature refreshments. It’s Pedro’s newest Happy Hour, with live local music, a BBQ and drinks specials all night! The perfect way to wind down from your week with stunning ocean views! 5PM – 9PM every Friday! Come a little earlier and enjoy a tour of the castle, Cayman Spirits Company opened a second retail store and bar, showcasing locally made products to tourists visiting the heritage site, from rums to soaps and perfumes.
