Stingray Sailing
Stingray Sailing trips are done on the sailing catamaran the Far Tortuga. The Far Tortuga is forty-three feet long and twenty feet wide. With trips with a maximum of twenty people, there is always lots of room aboard. Instead of sitting on a bench rubbing shoulders with the person next to you, we give you space to lay out in the sun to work on your tan. Under power or under sail, it is always a smooth ride on the Far-Tortuga.
How about a private charter? A private charter allows you to make to most of your time on the water. You can customize your tour to suit your group’s needs. Request an early departure to beat the crowds, or a later departure to enjoy a peaceful afternoon or sunset. Whatever your needs, a private charter allows you to achieve them. Able to accommodate up to 25 guests.
Their schedule varies from day to day based on the time of year and the schedule of the ships that are in port. They typically offer a morning and afternoon trip and will modify the timing of these to either accommodate guests from the ships or to avoid the ship crowds to create a better experience for on-island guests. Let them know when you are available and they will match you up with the tour that best suits your needs.
Their Group tours typically spend three hours on the water and include two stops. One stop is to play with friendly stingrays at the SandBar and another stop at the reef for snorkeling. They provide food to feed the stingrays and Masks for snorkeling.
