Rackam’s Waterfront Bar and Grill has been a favorite hangout for both locals and tourists for many years. It’s the place where you sit at the bar with a dive master on one side and an accountant on the other, all enjoying the same thing…world famous fish and chips, ice cold beers, signature cocktails and of course our entertaining, gorgeous and friendly staff. Rackam’s is literally built right on the iron shore, jutting into the sea, so you can’t get any closer to being on the water, and can’t beat the views. You can snorkel off their ladder during the day to enjoy the wreck of the Cali, or swim with the tarpons, stay for an incredible sunset, then watch or participate in the feeding of the tarpon, every night at 7:30. Their lounge area at the top called CBLU is perfect for chilling in the evenings on comfy couches and chairs, offering full food and drink menus, chilled music, and an unbeatable view. They work closely with the local fishermen to bring you the freshest seasonal seafood. They also buy produce from local farmers whenever available.
