Each of their licensed villas has it’s own on-island property manager for local needs; however they get involved as well should the need arise. They also have a dedicated guest services person who follows up with each guest. They are members of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA), offer a proprietary Silver Thatch discount card to our direct-booking guests, and are building a guest services office in the middle of the island no further than 15 minutes from any of their managed villas. They are committed to Grand Cayman and to making your vacation as memorable as possible. They make the booking process easy and do not charge a guest’s credit card for deposit until they have actually signed a contract. All credit card transactions are in the USA, so there is never an unexpected “foreign transaction fee”. They also include the 13% occupancy tax in their rates. The rate you see on their website is the total rate you pay. There are no add-on charges.
