George Town

Cimboco

A delightful combination of colors, action, aromas and flavours, Cimboco is a modern- day mix of all fun things Caribbean, all set in intimate and fun

George Town, in the southwestern corner of Grand Cayman, is the capital of the Cayman Islands.  It’s the port of call for all the cruise ships, and also where the bulk of the numerous and well-known Cayman Islands banks are located.  Tax-free shops abound around the Cardinal Avenue area.  There are many excellent restaurants and bars facing the harbor.  When cruise ships are in, it is a bustling downtown environment filled with tourists and locals.  Typically cruise ships are not in on weekends and as a result, George Town tends to be much quieter.  It’s the perfect mix of Carribean paradise with a wealth of activities, restaurants, and shopping.
