Graduated from California Culinary Academy a certified professional chef school in San Francisco. He spent 11 years working in some of San Francisco’s and Seattle’s finest restaurants. Held Executive Chef jobs for 14 years in a few of Cayman’s restaurants — Edoardo’s, Deckers. His knowledge covers a vast range of cuisines including American, Italian and Pacific Rim. He has a vast knowledge of many types of cuisine makes him the perfect choice for any occasion. He offers his personal chef services to Grand Cayman to catered casual and fine dining, intimate dinners, special occasions, dinner parties, Beach BBQ’s and cooking classes. He really specializes in parties of 20 or under, but does not want to limit himself.
