The world’s most talented chefs, culinary influencers and wine and spirit experts will gather January 14 to 18, 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman for the 17th annual Cayman Cookout. The event, hosted by acclaimed chef Eric Ripert, is an interactive celebration set amid the breathtaking Seven Mile Beach and offering an exciting agenda featuring Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse along with Jorge Vallejo, Mawa McQueen, Ronald Hsu, and Gonzo Jimenez and other world renowned chefs. Drinks will be concocted by beverage experts while a premier sommelier will curate wine.
Cayman Cookout boasts an impressive roster of events, from exciting beachside barbecues where top chefs show off their mastery of cooking over an open flame to delightful food and beverage pairings that demonstrate the art of matching flavors and promises unique gastronomic combinations. The eating is only half of the luxury culinary experience, however, as attending foodies will be treated to live cooking and plating demonstrations and made privy to new cooking techniques and industry insights by visiting culinary experts.
