The Kitchen at Fidel’s

Located just south of Fidel Murphy’s pub, The Kitchen is one of Cayman’s newest restaraunts! This open concept kitchen layout allows patrons to see & converse with chefs while their meals are being prepared. The experience at The Kitchen is largely based around three things: Quality foods, Whiskeys & Wines, all served at an affordable price. First their home cured charcuterie selection aged in their very own curing cabinet! This is the only spot on island where guests can ask a chef all about his curing process as he slices a sample from a Niman Ranch Ham leg he strung up himself (a minimum of 10 months ago). Not only does this guarantee a higher standard of freshness, it also allows guests to experience these cuts for a much more reasonable price than currently found on island. Secondly, their Bar Snacks menu hosts a number of tasty snacks, many named with the same style & wit that guests would recognize from Fidel’s Burger Features! These options are all perfect portion sizes to allow guests to try a variety of foods without breaking the bank. Thirdly, their extensive Steak Menu, using Certified Angus Beef, Niman Ranch Pork & Australian lamb…but offering it at great prices. Lastly, they have employed a very talented pastry chef which allowed them to expand upon the homemade breads & desserts Fidel’s is currently known for. Some of her additions include a homemade pretzel on the Bar Snacks menu, & homemade chocolate truffles paired with Irish Whiskey.
