Passengers love their breakfast skillets are filling, made to perfection, and so good. They also have a great lunch and brunch. I have one passenger who fly’s to the island twice a year, and always orders their Caribbean Fire Roasted Shrimp wrapped with fresh Spinach & Apple-wood smoked bacon…with a Cimosa chaser, Cimboco’s rendition of a mimosa. Cimboco’s pound-cake and Key lime cheesecake are the favorites of many. The cafe is a feast for the senses with an exhibition kitchen and wood burning oven. Everything is made from scratch, from the breads and soups to homemade desserts – Cimboco even makes its own ice cream! Think fresh, homemade, fun and family.
