Agave is an Authentic Mexican Cantina. Using age old recipes to replicate regional Mexican dishes and cocktails. Tacos, burritos, margaritas and Mexican street food.  Agave is back from a rather extensive journey, a journey where they discovered more of the Mexico they had fallen in love with so irrevocably. They collaborated with Master Tequila Distillers like Carlos Camarena and Thomas Estes, the Father of Tequila Ocho. They connected with Mezcal producers to fully experience the smoky and age old art of Mezcal, as passed down through generations of rural families. They sipped on, what felt like, a heaven full of Tequila and Mezcal next to incredibly talented Oaxacan artists. And they brought their art back. They brought Tequila and Mezcal back. They brought back the essence of markets, street food and side street bars. They brought back the Mexico that they have come to know and love so deeply. And they have put it all back together in their new space. It’s so good to be back, to be able to share art, music and all things Agave with you. Welcome to the new AGAVE, Cayman’s only Urban Agaveria. Food. Cocktails. Music. Fiesta. Fun.
